Denice Kelley (she/her), M.Div, M.Ed

Denice brings a multidisciplinary background to every engagement, spanning strategic planning, organizational assessment, leadership development, program design, and facilitation. She is deeply committed to helping organizations align leadership, equity, and systems to create inclusive practices and programs that produce real, lasting results. Her work spans the nonprofit, philanthropic, education, and corporate sectors — and she brings the same rigor, creativity, and care to every client she partners with.
